He’s extremely friendly and helpful with every step of the process. He sets up tourist visas, plane tickets, 5 star deluxe hotel bookings, business class Haramain tickets from Madinah to Makkah, walks everyone through scheduling time to visit the Rawdah in the Nusuk app, and makes every effort to ensure that not only do we have the best experience, but the most affordable too!

This was my second time for Umrah. My first time was a very well known and exclusive tour operator. Marwa was recommended by a close friend who used them twice before.

Mr. Wael was the most meticulous and detailed travel company I have ever run across. My e-visa, tickets, hotel, transportation, high speed rail and food was top notch. Wael's communication was thorough, responsive and went above and beyond my needs and expectations.

My visit to Madinah to visit was managed with care despite the very glitchy Nusuk App and I was able to do all that I needed.

My visit to Mecca also went smoothly as well..

I personally did not run across problems or issues.

A truly memorable experience.

This trip was super organized from the get go.  We all received VIP treatment.
The hotel accommodations were superb with views of Masjid Alnabawi  in Medina and Kaaba in Makkah.

The restaurants were great with great food sections.

Most importantly, our sheikh, Dr. Wael, and brother Sulaiman were super attentive and helpful.
