May Allah azawajal bless brother Wael. I am very moved with his willingness to explain the Umrah steps to me and give me beneficial advice. Even though it was seeming that I might not be able to book service with him, Br Wael was patient and willing to give time to educate me rather than rush me off the phone. It is very rare to experience this level of genuineness.
